We’re seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to join our growing team at our independent children’s play café. This role offers the exciting opportunity to help shape our new menu and create a welcoming space for families to relax and play.

 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high-quality service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

• Supervise and motivate a small team, providing training and support.

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Work with the team to develop and implement the new menu.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimise waste.

• Ensure a positive, family-friendly atmosphere, focusing on customer service.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

👀 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in café or food service supervision.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations (Food

• Safety Level 2 certification required).

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.

• Flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts.
